简要介绍系统故障诊断技术的基本内容和方法。对天津大学研制的以行程开关为作业目标的机器人柔性装配系统的状态监测与故障诊断进行了研究。对该系统的插件装配子单元和装盖板、拧螺钉装配子单元的状态监测与故障诊断进行深入的研究。
Briefly introduce the basic content and method of system fault diagnosis. The status monitoring and fault diagnosis of the flexible assembly system of robots which is developed by Tianjin University with the travel switch as the target are studied. The system plug-in assembly subunit and cover plate, screw assembly subunit status monitoring and fault diagnosis conducted in-depth study.
