目的探讨原发性胆囊癌的CT、MRI诊断作用。方法方便选择2012年7月—2015年12月期间在该院治疗的32例原发性胆囊癌患儿为研究对象,对所有患儿均施行CT、MRI诊断,并观察诊断效果。结果 CT诊断方法对患儿的诊断率为71.87%,MRI诊断方法对患儿的诊断率为87.50%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过探讨原发性胆囊癌的CT、MRI诊断作用后发现,MRI诊断率明显优于CT诊断,可为手术提供依据,适合临床早期诊断,受到患者及患者家属的一致好评,具有临床推广价值与研究意义。
Objective To investigate the CT and MRI diagnosis of primary gallbladder cancer. Method Convenient Select 32 cases of primary gallbladder cancer treated in this hospital from July 2012 to December 2015 as the research object, all children were diagnosed by CT, MRI, and observe the diagnosis. Results The diagnostic rate of CT diagnosis was 71.87% in children and 87.50% in MRI diagnosis method. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Through the CT and MRI diagnosis of primary gallbladder cancer, MRI diagnosis rate is obviously superior to CT diagnosis, which can provide the basis for surgery, which is suitable for early diagnosis of the disease. It is well received by the patients and their families, and has the clinical popularization value And research significance.
