近二三十年,电磁NDT技术在中国冶金行业发展和普及应用较快。目前,凡纳入无损检测范畴的钢材大多要求进行100%的电磁NDT才能出厂。整体工业水平的提升和用户的需求是促进电磁NDT技术快速发展和进步的推动力。概括了钢材电磁NDT的应用特点,并分别介绍了钢铁企业中应用的常规涡流检测技术和阵列涡流检测技术、直流漏磁检测技术和交流漏磁检测技术、常规磁粉探伤技术和纯洁度检验方法。
Nearly two or three decades, electromagnetic NDT technology in China’s metallurgical industry development and popularization and application of faster. At present, most of the steels included in the field of nondestructive testing require a 100% electromagnetic NDT to be shipped. The overall improvement of the industrial level and the needs of users are the driving forces behind the rapid development and progress of the electromagnetic NDT technology. The application features of steel electromagnetic NDT are summarized. The conventional eddy current testing technology, array eddy current testing technology, DC magnetic flux leakage testing technology, AC magnetic flux leakage testing technology, conventional magnetic particle inspection technology and purity testing method are introduced separately in steel enterprises.
