煤矿事故给人类带来了巨大的灾难,造成了难以估量的人员伤亡及财产损失。为了有效应对煤矿事故,研究了煤矿事故预警分级的定量化模型,初步建立了预警分级综合模糊评判模型的计算框架。从事故自身因素和应急管理因素2个方面构建了预警分级的影响因素,用层次分析法确定各层级影响因素的权重,并采用多级模糊综合评判法给出了预警等级。最后,以某煤矿冲击地压事故的预警分级为例进行了计算。结果表明:将层次分析与综合模糊评判法相结合可以应用于煤矿事故的预警分级计算,从而有效减少煤矿灾害造成的损失。
Coal mine accidents have brought enormous disasters to human beings, resulting in incalculable human casualties and property losses. In order to effectively deal with coal mine accident, the quantitative model of coal mine accident pre-warning classification was studied and the calculation framework of pre-warning classification comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model was preliminarily established. The factors influencing the classification of early warning are established from the factors of accident itself and emergency management. The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of influencing factors at each level. The multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to give the warning level. Finally, taking an example of early-warning grading of a coal mine rock burst, as an example. The results show that the combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can be applied to the pre-alarm classification calculation of coal mine accidents so as to effectively reduce the losses caused by coal mine disasters.
