目的:建立氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法(AFS)同时测定涉水管材中锑和锡的方法。方法:优化仪器条件,比较不同还原剂效果,利用AFS法同时测定涉水管材中锑和锡。结果:采用本方法测定,锡的线性范围为0μg/L~10μg/L,γ=0.9992,DL=0.8507μg/L,回收率为102%,RSD为3.28%;锑的线性范围为0μg/L~10μg/L,γ=0.9993,DL=0.0424μg/L,回收率为95%,精密度(RSD%)为2.70%。结论:测定方法简单快捷,省时省力省试剂,结果准确,满足测定要求,值得在相关行业中推广。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of antimony and tin in watertight pipe by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS). Methods: The instrument conditions were optimized to compare the effects of different reducing agents. Simultaneous determination of antimony and tin in the watertight pipe by AFS. Results: The linear range of tin was 0μg / L ~ 10μg / L, γ = 0.9992, DL = 0.8507μg / L and the recovery was 102% with RSD of 3.28%. The linear range of antimony was 0μg / L ~ 10μg / L, γ = 0.9993, DL = 0.0424μg / L, the recovery was 95% and the precision (RSD%) was 2.70%. Conclusion: The determination method is simple and quick, saving time and labor saving reagents, the results are accurate, meet the measurement requirements, it is worth to promote in the relevant industries.
