目的建立检测制剂中非法掺布洛芬入的专属性方法。方法采用液相色谱-质谱联用法。选用VenusilMPC18柱,以0.01mol/L醋酸铵(用冰醋酸调pH3.0)-乙腈(50∶50)为流动相,对非法制剂的提取液进行液相色谱-质谱联用分析。通过与对照品的色谱、紫外及质谱行为相比较,对此类非法药进行定量测定和定性鉴别。结果在非法制剂中检出布洛芬,回收率为98.87%(n=6)。结论该方法选择性强,灵敏度高,可作为分析检测非法制剂中的布洛芬。
OBJECTIVE To establish an exclusive method for the detection of illicit doping with luprofen in preparations tested. Methods Liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry. The Venusil MPC18 column was used to analyze the extracts of illicit preparations by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry with 0.01 mol / L ammonium acetate (adjusted to pH 3.0 with glacial acetic acid) -acetonitrile (50:50) as the mobile phase. By comparison with the reference substance’s chromatographic, ultraviolet and mass spectrometric behavior, such illicit drugs are quantitatively and qualitatively identified. Results Ibuprofen was detected in illicit preparations with a recovery of 98.87% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is selective and sensitive and can be used as an analytical tool for the detection of ibuprofen in illicit preparations.
