党的十七届六中全会通过《关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》,作出进一步兴起社会主义文化建设新高潮的战略部署。这是我们党和国家在改革开放新的历史阶段的重大历史任务。进一步兴起社会主义文化建设新高潮,以文化建设带动经济的转型跨越发展,对于促进平顺的社会主义新农村建设、实现科学发展、富民强县具有十分重要的现实意义。一、提振文化自觉,增强文化自信,提升文化自强是否具有高度的文化自觉,不仅关系到文化自身的振兴和繁荣,而且决定着一个地方经济发展和社会的和谐稳定,反映着一个地方干部群众的理想追求和精神面貌。
