国企改制是建立我国现代企业制度的重要阶段。在这个过程中,企业的产权关系和劳动关系势必发生重大变化。国企改制在产权关系方面,步伐较大,取得了一定的成就,但在劳动关系调整方面,却遇到了较大阻力,引发了大量争议,并引发了全社会的关注。正确、及时地处理好这些纠纷,对于维护劳动者合法权益与促进现代企业制度的建立有重大意义。
The reform of state-owned enterprises is an important stage in establishing China's modern enterprise system. In this process, the property rights relations and labor relations of enterprises are bound to undergo major changes. In terms of property rights, state-owned enterprise restructuring has made great strides and achieved some success. However, in the adjustment of labor relations, it encountered greater resistance, triggered a great deal of controversy and sparked the concern of the whole society. Correct and timely handling of these disputes is of great significance to safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and promoting the establishment of a modern enterprise system.
