当代积极心理学提出的24个性格优势为探究创业者特质提供了一个新的视角。对创业者与非创业者的性格优势进行了比较,基于VIA优势量表的分类,识别创业者的核心性格优势。通过分析148位创业者和142位非创业者的调查数据,发现创业者群体在洞察力、勇敢、毅力、希望、领导力、正直、感激、创造力、好奇心、热情和精神信仰上的性格优势显著高于非创业者群体。
The 24 personality strengths proposed by contemporary positive psychology provide a new perspective for exploring entrepreneurial traits. The author compares the personality advantages of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs, and identifies the entrepreneur’s core personality based on the classification of VIA Advantage Scale. By analyzing the survey data of 148 entrepreneurs and 142 non-entrepreneurs, we found out that the entrepreneur community has a disposition based on insight, courage, perseverance, hope, leadership, integrity, gratitude, creativity, curiosity, passion and spiritual beliefs Advantages are significantly higher than non-entrepreneurial groups.
