广州市统计局最新统计资料显示:上半年,广州新建商品房批准预售面积为489.52万平方米,同比增加6.3%。房屋交易登记面积为金额分别为965.26万平方米和418.12亿元,同比分别增长0.4%和7.4%。在房屋销售方面,新建商品房住宅成交均价格5063元/m~2,同比上升4.8%。与2004年全年相比增长了9.6%,价格上升明显放缓。存量住宅均价为2988元/m~2,环比上升7.2%,与2004年全年相比上升8.3%,价格在达到一定涨幅后,出现了补涨行情。
The latest statistical data from Guangzhou Statistics Bureau shows that in the first half of the year, the approved pre-sale area of new commercial buildings in Guangzhou was 4,895,200 square meters, an increase of 6.3% over the same period of last year. The registered area of house transactions amounted to 9.6526 million square meters and 41.812 billion yuan respectively, up by 0.4% and 7.4% respectively over the same period of previous year. In terms of house sales, the transaction price of newly-built commercial housing was 5063 yuan / m 2, up 4.8% over the same period of last year. This represents a 9.6% increase over the full year 2004, with a marked slowdown in prices. The average price of residential houses was 2988 yuan / m 2, up by 7.2% month on month and up 8.3% over the whole year of 2004. After the price hit a certain increase, there was a compensatory growth.
