海洋环境下飞机结构腐蚀严重,研究航空铝合金包腐蚀形态参数分布规律,对于飞机日历寿命评估十分重要。本研究以新型铝合金包铝材料2B06为研究对象,根据实际环境数据编制的当量加速腐蚀试验谱进行当量加速腐蚀试验。采用KH-7700三维显微镜对腐蚀损伤进行观察和测量,选取合适的腐蚀形态参数对损伤形态进行描述,分别采用正态、对数正态、Gumbel(I型极大值)和Weibull分布进行统计分析,得到腐蚀损伤的最佳分布形式以及随时间的变化规律,为飞机结构的日历寿命评估提供参考依据。
Corrosion of aircraft structure is serious in marine environment. Studying the distribution rule of corrosion parameters of aviation aluminum alloy package is very important for aircraft calendar life assessment. In this study, a new aluminum clad aluminum material 2B06 was selected as the research object. According to the equivalent accelerated corrosion test profile prepared by the actual environmental data, the equivalent accelerated corrosion test was carried out. The corrosion damage was observed and measured by KH-7700 three-dimensional microscope. The damage morphologies were described by selecting appropriate corrosion morphological parameters. The normal and logarithmic normals, Gumbel and Weibull distributions were used for statistical analysis , Get the best distribution of corrosion damage and the variation with time, provide a reference for the assessment of calendar life of the aircraft structure.
