氟中毒实验动物常以大白鼠为使用对象,而确诊其氟骨症主要依靠X线拍片。但因大白鼠体积小,且每只体重及其各部位厚度不一,并均摆放在一张胶片上采用一次性暴光成像,给摄影条件的选择带来困难,致使诊断区域影像密度不稳定、不标准,直接影响了诊断效果。本文以优质X线照片影像密度值为标准,对不同重量大白鼠试用不同摄影条件(KV)而获得的X线照片影像密度进行了比较,旨在找出符合于优质影像密度值的恰当摄影条件,以便保证其X线照片质量。
