在西德,进入70年代后,由于医疗保险费用的急剧上升,因此,于1977年6月制定了第一次医疗保险费用控制法,其主要内容有:(1)限制保险医疗中医务人员工资的上升幅度;(2)限制处方药品费用总额;(3)提高药品费、补牙费和镶牙费中的个人负担部分;(4)对领取养老金者的医疗保险进行全面的财政调整。由于采取上述措施,此后2、3年内医疗保险费用明显下降。但后来又开始出现上涨趋势,因此于1981年12月制定了第二次医疗保险费用控制法和医院医疗费用控制法,主要内容有:(1)提
In West Germany, after entering the 1970s, due to the rapid rise in the cost of medical insurance, the first medical insurance cost control law was enacted in June 1977.
