本文研究了牙嵌离合器中用插齿刀加工的端面斜齿轮和端面切向齿轮的齿形及接触情况,得到了它们的最大径向尺寸和最小径向尺寸;计算了离合器接触点处的相对法曲率,为强度计算提供了依据。
In this paper, the tooth profiles and contact conditions of face helical gears and face tangential gears machined by gear shaper in a claw clutch are studied. Their maximum radial dimension and minimum radial dimension are obtained. The relative Law curvature, provides the basis for the calculation of strength.
