本文研究将超声波振动加工技术应用于拉管系统中由于负载的影响而导致系统振动失谐的问题。首先对换能器系统建立一维模型 ,定性地分析换能器及加工过程相关各参数对谐振特性的影响。进而通过对等效负载与系统谐振频率的关系的研究 ,提出通过频率适配装置进行失谐补偿的方法 ,并采用有限元仿真和试验的方法进行验证
In this paper, the application of ultrasonic vibration processing technology in the pull tube system due to the impact of the load caused by the system vibration detuning problems. First, a one-dimensional model of the transducer system is established to qualitatively analyze the influence of the transducer and the parameters related to the processing on the resonance characteristics. Based on the research on the relationship between the equivalent load and the resonant frequency of the system, a method of compensating the detuning by the frequency adaptive device is proposed and verified by finite element simulation and experiment
