一中学教学管理现状很多学校都制订了严格的教学管理制度,有些学校要求各科的代课教师须提前一周甚至两周备课;有些学校要求各班班主任在每天学生上课前必须到班或在自己没有课时任务时刚性坐班;更有甚者,有些学校对每一次的测试结果要求任课老师必须填写总结报告。对此我们不禁要问:“制度愈严就愈有效吗?”在教学常规管理中,没有制度肯定是不行的,但只有制度也是不可行的。制度无需罗列太多的条条框框,
