水稻污点病菌(Cladosporium cladosporioides)在改良Fries 3号培养液上最易产生毒素,且以25 ℃,振荡培养20 d产毒量最高。该毒素对水稻幼苗有明显致病作用。毒素滤液及粗提物的毒性均随浓度的升高而增强。且粗提物的毒性明显高于同一浓度滤液毒性。
Cladosporium cladosporioides was the most susceptible to toxins in the modified Fries 3 medium, and its highest yield was produced by shaking culture at 25 ° C for 20 days. The toxin has obvious pathogenicity on rice seedlings. Toxicity of the filtrate and crude extract toxicity increased with increasing concentration. The toxicity of the crude extract was significantly higher than that of the same concentration filtrate.
