研究分析了 C_3、C_4两类植物共60余个品种(基因型)的光合强度和光呼吸强度。结果表明,各类植物或同类植物不同品种问光合强度与光呼吸强度都有显著差异,但同类植物之间,光呼吸占总光合的比值比较稳定。C_3植物光呼吸/总光合比值约为25~35%左右,C_4植物其比值约为1~7%。二者比值几乎不受基因型、生育期的影响而改变。这一结果说明,光呼吸与光合作用是伴随发生的生理过程,除 C_4植物由于其光合特性外,C_3植物光呼吸的大小是随总光合强度大小而定。基本规律是,凡是光合强的类型,光呼吸也强;光合弱,则光呼吸也弱。低光呼吸不是高光效品种的主要特征。
The photosynthetic and photorespiration intensities of more than 60 cultivars (genotypes) of C_3 and C_4 were studied. The results showed that the photosynthetic intensity and photorespiration intensity of different species of all kinds of plants or similar plants were significantly different, but the ratio of photosynthesis to total photosynthesis among the same plants was relatively stable. C_3 plant photosynthesis / total photosynthesis ratio of about 25 to 35%, C_4 plants ratio of about 1 to 7%. The ratio of the two is hardly affected by the genotype and growth period. This result shows that photosynthesis and photosynthesis are the physiological processes that accompany the photosynthesis of C_3 plants. The photosynthetic respiration of C_3 plants is dependent on the total photosynthetic intensity except C_4 plants due to their photosynthetic characteristics. The basic law is that any type of photosynthesis is strong, light breathing is strong; photosynthesis is weak, the light breathing is weak. Low light breathing is not a major feature of high light efficiency varieties.
