随着我国经济的发展以及互联网经济的进步,越来越多的网络平台也随之出现。在现代的社会信息化的发展下,网络借贷的方式在社会中越来越常见,尤其是在高校中。高校学生由于受到西方思想的影响,超前消费和过度消费的现象越来越多,随之而来的由于不良网络借贷的危害也不断地发生在高校中。因此,在高校中,如何预防不良网络借贷风险成为高校管理的重中之重。对此,教育部也对此颁布了一系列的法律法规,对高校中的不良网络借贷的行为进行严格把控,进而促进高校的及健康运行。下面,我就针对网络借贷平台在高校中的蔓延、不良网络借贷现象对高校学生的危害以及构建高校学生不良网络借贷风险的防范机制等方面进行简要论述,进而不断推动高校的正常学习和生活。
With the economic development of our country and the progress of the Internet economy, more and more network platforms also emerge. With the development of modern social informatization, the way of internet borrowing is becoming more and more common in the society, especially in colleges and universities. Due to the influence of Western thought, university students are more and more pre-consumer and over-consumed, and the harm caused by the bad internet loan also continues to occur in colleges and universities. Therefore, in colleges and universities, how to prevent the risk of bad online lending has become the top priority of university management. In response, the Ministry of Education also promulgated a series of laws and regulations to strictly control the behavior of bad Internet loans in colleges and universities, so as to promote the healthy operation of colleges and universities. In the following, I will make a brief discussion about the harm of internet lending platform in colleges and universities, the harm of poor internet loans to college students, and the prevention mechanism of the bad students’ online lending risks. Then I will promote the normal study and life of colleges and universities.
