随着一系列遏制投机投资政策的出台.作为住宅投资主阵地的高档公寓.更多的回到了一种“住”本位的角色;接着普通住宅标准出台了.二者的分水岭瞬间清晰起来.高档住宅赢得了美名,却要以缴纳高额税费为代价。如此一来.在以投资为目的的弹性需求被挤出一部分后.一部分自住的刚性需求也被挤了出来.在买方市场被压缩的条件下.8000以上的高档住宅免不了挣扎与变化。
