目的探讨临床上使用喹诺酮类药物发生不良反应(ADR)的特点和规律,提升临床用药的合理性和科学性。方法选取2005年～2011年我院服用喹诺酮类药物发生不良反应的345例病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 345例喹诺酮类药物引发的ADR和患者年龄、性别关系不大,主要与给药时间、途径、联合用药以及患者对药物的感受差异性等因素相关,临床上最常见的不良反应是变态反应,第二是神经系统以及消化系统的反应等,情况严重者会出现过敏性休克甚至死亡。结论医生要高度重视喹诺酮类药物不良反应,合理给药,提高临床用药的科学性和安全性。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse reactions (ADRs) of quinolones in clinical practice and to improve the rationality and scientificity of clinical medication. Methods The clinical data of 345 cases with adverse reactions of taking quinolones in our hospital from 2005 to 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 345 cases of quinolone-induced ADR and age and gender of patients with little, mainly with the administration time, route, combination and patients with drug sensitivity differences and other factors, the most common clinical adverse reactions are allergic reactions , The second is the nervous system and the reaction of the digestive system, etc. In severe cases, there will be anaphylactic shock and even death. Conclusion Doctors should attach great importance to the adverse reactions of quinolones, rational administration, and improve the scientific and safety of clinical medication.
