文章以用户体验为中心,以高校移动图书馆服务质量为研究对象,通过文献分析、小组讨论和专家访谈,研究设计了高校移动图书馆服务质量评价体系,包括5个评价要素和22个评价指标;然后,调研小组对武汉、南京两地的6所高校的移动图书馆用户进行问卷调查,并从信度、效度以及因子分析对指标体系进行了验证。结果表明,本文构建的评价体系具有较高的信度和效度,结构合理,为用户体验下的高校移动图书馆服务质量的评价提供理论支撑。
The article takes the user experience as the center, takes the service quality of the mobile library in the university as the research object, and through the literature analysis, group discussion and expert interviews, studies and designs the service quality evaluation system of the mobile library in the university, including 5 evaluation elements and 22 evaluation indexes Then, the research team conducted a questionnaire survey on mobile library users in six colleges and universities in Wuhan and Nanjing, and verified the index system from reliability, validity and factor analysis. The results show that the evaluation system constructed in this paper has high reliability and validity and reasonable structure, which provides theoretical support for the evaluation of service quality of mobile libraries in colleges and universities under user experience.
