用放射免疫双抗体法测定74例哮喘息儿的4种血清内分泌激素水平,并与32名健康儿童比较。结果哮喘患儿的血清皮质醇(314.27±207.90nmol/L)、促甲状腺素(1.89±1.26mIU/L)水平均显著低于健康儿(P均<0.01),生长激素(3.23±2.34μg/L)略降低(P>0.05),雌二醇(0.231±0.118nmol/L)则显著高于健康儿,表明哮喘患儿存在内分泌功能紊乱。这可能与长期大剂量应用全身性肾上腺皮质激素,导致丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴的功能受抑有关。
Four serum endocrine hormones were measured by radioimmunoassay in 74 asthmatic children and compared with 32 healthy children. Results The levels of serum cortisol (314.27 ± 207.90nmol / L) and thyrotropin (1.89 ± 1.26mIU / L) in asthmatic children were significantly lower than those in healthy children (all P <0.01) Growth hormone (3.23 ± 2.34μg / L) was slightly lower (P> 0.05) and estradiol (0.231 ± 0.118nmol / L) was significantly higher than healthy children, indicating that there is endocrine function in children with asthma disorder. This may be related to long-term high-dose systemic corticosteroids, resulting in hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis depression.
