研究了Ni(naph)_2-Al(i-Bu)_3-BF_3·ROH体系催化丁二烯聚合的特点,考查了Al/Ni摩尔比,Ni/Bd摩尔比,Al/B摩尔比,和聚合温度等反应条件对聚合活性,聚合产物分子量及其分布和聚合物微观结构的影响。实验结果表明,本体系高活性Al/B比范围宽广,并可通过改变Al/B比灵活地调节聚合产物的分子量。本体系适宜的聚合温度为50℃。GPC和IR光谱研究表明,当Al/B比变化时,聚合产物分子量分布和cis-1,4含量均保持不变,聚合产物为高顺式聚丁二烯。
The catalytic properties of Ni (naph) _2-Al (i-Bu) _3-BF_3 · ROH system for the polymerization of butadiene were studied. The effects of Al / Ni molar ratio, Ni / Bd molar ratio, Al / B molar ratio, Temperature and other reaction conditions on the polymerization activity, the molecular weight of the polymer product and its distribution and polymer microstructure. The experimental results show that the system has a wide range of high activity Al / B ratios and can flexibly adjust the molecular weight of the polymerization product by changing the Al / B ratio. The system suitable polymerization temperature is 50 ℃. GPC and IR spectroscopy showed that the molecular weight distribution and cis-1,4 content of the polymerization product remained unchanged when the Al / B ratio was changed, and the polymerization product was high-cis polybutadiene.
