本文根据大量的试验研究资料,全面地评价了现行的冬小麦抗旱育种筛选技术.指出叶传导、甘露醇中发芽率、冠层温度和扎根深度等由于检测不出品种之间差异,不宜作为筛选技术.脱水后存活率、离体叶片的水分损失、叶水势等技术较为实用.本文对进一步提高小麦抗旱育种技术进行了阐述,是一篇较重要的文献,特予全文刊登,供有关同志参考
Based on a large amount of experimental data, this paper comprehensively evaluates the current screening technology of drought-resistant breeding in winter wheat, and points out that the differences between leaf conductivity, mannitol germination rate, canopy temperature and rooting depth can not be used as screening techniques .The survival rate after dehydration, the loss of water from the leaves of the detached leaves, the leaf water potential and other techniques are more practical.This paper describes the further improvement of wheat drought resistance breeding technology, is an important literature, especially for the full text published for the gay reference
