牵引梁是铁路客车的三大承载件之一。客车在运营过程中牵引梁受到磨损及腐蚀,致使其达不到质量要求。在返修过程中,要根据磨损和腐蚀的程度对牵引梁进行相应的焊修,在焊修过程中牵引梁的焊接变形是影响其性能的一大问题。通过对焊接工艺规范的探讨,以保证焊接后焊缝达到其产品质量的要求。
Traction beam is one of the three major carrier of the railway passenger car. During the operation of the bus, the towing beam is subject to abrasion and corrosion, which can not meet the quality requirements. During the rework process, the corresponding welding repair should be carried out on the traction beam according to the degree of wear and corrosion. The welding deformation of the traction beam during welding repair is a major issue affecting its performance.
