卵胞浆内单精子注射技术(intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI)是解决男性不育的一种行之有效的治疗方式,但是卵母细胞胞浆的异常现象如滑面内质网聚集体等现象,不仅会影响卵母细胞本身的发育成熟,同时也可能影响卵母细胞的受精、胚胎发育及妊娠结局等。本文通过查阅关于滑面内质网聚集体对卵母细胞影响的最新研究,系统回顾卵母细胞滑面内质网聚集体SERC形成的可行性因素及对卵胞浆单精子注射技术的影响的研究进展及展望。
