为确保海洋肽面膜使用的安全性,并为产品应用提供实验依据,对海洋肽的皮肤毒理学进行了研究。应用豚鼠皮肤急性毒性、刺激性和过敏性实验,对海洋肽面膜进行安全性评价。结果表明,海洋肽面膜(5倍)对完整皮肤未引起急性毒性反应,单次和多次实验皮肤未出现水肿和红斑反应,病理检查,皮肤结构完整,层次清晰;经致敏接触和激发接触,2,4-二硝基氯苯组皮肤平均反应值0.9~1.0,致敏率为90%~100%,海洋肽面膜皮肤致敏率10%。提示该产品未引起皮肤急性毒性反应,无刺激性,为轻度致敏物。
In order to ensure the safety of the use of marine peptide mask and provide the experimental basis for product application, the skin toxicology of marine peptides was studied. The application of guinea pig skin acute toxicity, irritation and allergic experiments, the safety evaluation of marine peptide mask. The results showed that the marine peptide mask (5-fold) did not cause any acute toxicity to the intact skin. Edema and erythema reaction were not observed in the skin of one or more experiments. The pathological examination showed that the skin structure was intact and the layers were clear. The mean response of skin of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene group was 0.9-1.0, the sensitization rate was 90% -100%, and the skin sensitization rate of marine peptide mask was 10%. Suggest that the product does not cause acute skin irritation, non-irritating, mild sensitizers.
