目的　为及时了解四川省冕宁县亚急型、自然慢型克山病发病现状。方法　收集、整理、分析１９９８ 年克山病病情监测资料。结果　１９９８ 年冕宁县新发亚急克７ 例，自然慢克３ 例，发病率为３．３２／１０ 万，比１９９５ 年上升１８６．７０％ 。患者为２～８ 岁农业户儿童，彝族占９０％ 。临床表现为右心衰，心脏增大，心电图心肌损伤改变为主。结论　冕宁县亚急型、自然慢型克山病不断发生，病情稳中有升。因此，在克山病考核到基本控制标准后，病情监测及防治工作仍然十分重要 Purpose To keep abreast of Mianning County, Sichuan Province subacute type, the natural status of Keshan disease. Results In Mianning County in 1998, 7 cases of newly-developed Asian emergency and 3 cases of natural slow-onset were found. The incidence rate was 3.32 / 100 000, an increase of 186.70% over 1995. Patients are 2 to 8 years old agricultural households, Yi accounted for 90%. Clinical manifestations of right heart failure, heart enlargement, ECG-based changes in myocardial injury. Conclusions Mianning County subacute type, natural chronic Keshan disease continue to occur, the disease rose steadily. Therefore, Keshan disease assessment to the basic control standards, disease surveillance and prevention work is still very important
