由PREMA公司的数字多用表构建自动测试系统时,需要通过自定义的PREMA特殊指令来实现GPIB总线接口程序控制。简要介绍了PREMA特殊指令基本情况,论述了GPIB总线测试系统的构成、程控过程以及软件设计方法,并以PREMA5017数字多用表为例构建测试系统,在LabWindows/CVI软件中利用虚拟仪器的VISA库函数,通过PREMA特殊命令进行GPIB总线控制,实现程控测量,提高了自动测试效率,并为同类仪器程控提供了良好的借鉴。
When the automatic test system is built by PREMA’s DMM, the GPIB bus interface program control needs to be implemented through a customized PREMA special instruction. The basic situation of PREMA special instruction is briefly introduced. The constitution, program control process and software design method of GPIB bus test system are expounded. The test system is built with PREMA5017 digital multimeter as an example. The VISA library function of virtual instrument is used in LabWindows / CVI software , Through the special order of PREMA GPIB bus control, to achieve program-controlled measurement, improve the efficiency of automatic testing, and provide a good reference for the same instrument program control.
