他汀类药物非调脂作用近年来备受重视。主要在急性冠脉综合征方面。其主要机制包括抑制血管紧张素Ⅱ,抑制基质金属蛋白酶,调节一氧化氮合酶活性,抗氧化、抗炎作用,对细胞凋亡的影响以及对交感神经张力和自主神经功能的调节。在心力衰竭发展的病理生理过程中他汀类药物的这些作用机制参与对心室重塑过程的改善,对保护心肌细胞,维持心功能以及减少病死率具有重要意义。本文就他汀类药物在心力衰竭中应用的研究进展进行综述。
The non-lipid-lowering effects of statins have received great attention in recent years. Mainly in acute coronary syndrome. Its main mechanisms include inhibition of angiotensin II, inhibition of matrix metalloproteinases, regulation of nitric oxide synthase activity, antioxidation, anti-inflammatory effects, effects on apoptosis, and modulation of sympathetic tone and autonomic nervous system function. These mechanisms of statin involvement in the pathophysiology of heart failure are associated with improvements in ventricular remodeling and are important for protecting cardiomyocytes, maintaining cardiac function, and reducing mortality. This article reviews the progress of statin use in heart failure.
