目的观察酸甘生津方对干燥综合征模型鼠的治疗作用。方法将60只BALb/C小鼠随机分成6组,1组为未造模的空白组(A组),另外5组小鼠采用同种小鼠颌下腺接种方法造模;造模2周后开始灌胃给药,分别予以酸甘生津方低剂量(B组)、中剂量(C组)、高剂量(D组)、NaC l(E组)和强的松(F组)。给药2周后观察各组小鼠血清IgG及颌下腺病理变化。结果与A组比较,其他各组血清IgG水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);与E组比较,各用药组血清IgG水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);与B组比较,C组、D组、F组血清IgG水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酸甘生津方可通过抑制以血清IgG为代表的体液免疫并改善颌下腺淋巴浸润达到治疗SS的作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of sour Gangan Shengjin on Sjogren’s syndrome model rats. Methods Sixty BALB / C mice were randomly divided into six groups. One group was blank group (group A), and the other five groups were made by the same kind of mouse submandibular gland inoculation method. Two weeks later The rats were given gavage at low dose (group B), medium dose (group C), high dose (group D), NaC l (group E) and prednisone (group F). Two weeks after the administration, the serum IgG and the submandibular gland pathological changes in each group were observed. Results Compared with group A, the serum IgG levels in other groups were significantly different (P <0.01). Compared with group E, the serum IgG levels in each group were significantly different (P <0.01) There were significant differences in serum IgG levels between group C, group D and group F (P <0.05). Conclusion SGDP can inhibit the humoral immunity including serum IgG and improve submandibular gland lymph infiltration to treat SS.
