针对西山煤电(集团)公司矿井特殊巷道运输要求和产品系列的通用性,在消化和吸收传统顺槽带式输送机经验的基础上,对西山机电厂现有DSJ100系列顺槽可伸缩带式输送机进行了优化设计,研制开发出了一种安全、可靠、节能的新型带式输送机。介绍了通过采用变频调速启动方式、新式整体底座、卸载式中间驱动、快速可拆卸机身等关键技术,有效提高了带式输送机对煤矿井下恶劣环境的适应能力、安全可靠性及经济性。
In view of the commonality of transportation requirements and product series of mine special tunnel in Xishan Coal and Electricity (Group) Company, based on the experience of digesting and absorbing the traditional belt conveyor, the existing DSJ100 series retractable belt type Conveyor was optimized design, developed a safe, reliable, energy-saving new belt conveyor. The key technologies such as variable frequency speed control, new integral base, unloading intermediate drive and quick detachable fuselage are introduced to effectively improve the adaptability, safety, reliability and economy of belt conveyor to harsh environment in coal mine .
