Grifola frondosa, also known as chestnut mushrooms, is a wild mushroom with unique biological properties and high nutritional and medicinal value. It requires a very high level of resources and environment and is currently in rare production throughout the country. It is tender meat, taste delicious, nutritious, taste such as chicken, crisp-like magnolia, with a unique aroma, is considered treasures. South Henan mountains are rich chestnut resources, most of the land is yellow brown soil, water retention and wateriness moderate, can provide the conditions for its later growth. In order to cope with possible future saturation and surplus of production capacity, avoid market competition and ensure a long-term stable and reasonable development of the mushroom industry in the region, we started the research on planting technology in autumn 2015 to explore the realization of large-scale and industrialized production of this variety.
