我院自1993年引进德国STORZ公司生产的电视摄像系统实施腹腔镜手术以来,已经外科、耳鼻喉科、妇产科等科室广泛使用.目前我院应用腹腔镜行直肠癌根治术,与常规手术相比该手术

我院自1993年引进德国STORZ公司生产的电视摄像系统实施腹腔镜手术以来,已经外科、耳鼻喉科、妇产科等科室广泛使用.目前我院应用腹腔镜行直肠癌根治术,与常规手术相比该手术具有创伤小,疼痛轻,恢复快,手术时间短,术后并发症少等特点,越来越受到患者的欢迎.在手术过程中,护理人员要根据腹腔镜手术的特点和要求,周密地做好术前的物品准备,确保术中密切合作,精心做好术后的仪器处理,高质量高水平地完成配合工作.现将手术的术前、术中、术后配合与器械管理报告如下.
