以‘云烟87’为材料,设置2个施氮水平(处理一,常规施氮水平,118.5 kg/hm2和处理二,155.6 kg/hm2),研究了2种施氮水平对重庆市中间香型特色烟株土壤微环境的影响。结果表明,处理二提高了土壤中有机质、速效钾、速效磷的含量,同时增加了土壤中细菌、硝化细菌、放线菌的数量,但处理二降低了土壤速效氮的含量,此外,在烟株移栽后的第75天,处理二显著降低了土壤的pH值。整体来说,处理二使得土壤理化性质得到了改善,从而利于烟株的生长发育及土壤中各种微生物的生长。
