社会经济的快速发展,促进了电力企业的不断进步,尤其是成功改制和转型以后,发展更为迅速。然而,面对瞬息万变的复杂社会因素,依然难免会遇到一些问题,如不及时采取有效的措施予以防治,则可能会造成更为严重的后果。本文将对电力企业人力资源现状、存在的主要问题进行分析,并在此基础上就如何应对、改进,谈几点解决对策。
The rapid social and economic development has promoted the continuous progress of power enterprises, especially after the successful restructuring and transformation. However, in the face of ever-changing and complicated social factors, some problems will inevitably be encountered.
