设计并制作了一个W波段的极化器,设计参数为金属丝直径100μm,间距300μm.实测结果表明,金属丝直径和间距的均值分别为100.3μm,300.2μm;标准差为5.2μm,8.3μm,表明极化器具有较高的加工精度和良好的均匀性;同时其表面平整度优于30μm.另外,测试了极化器的透射系数以及极化器作为可变衰减器时的透射系数,测试结果与理论计算结果具有良好的一致性,具有良好的极化性能.
