俄罗斯联邦政府关于取消税率为10％的皮革产品出口税的命令已于2006年8月中旬开始生效。政府现在还在考虑取消皮革原料进口税的问题。由此可见,俄联邦政府决心扶持本国的皮革生产和加工业。
The order of the Russian Federation government to cancel the export tax on leather products with a tax rate of 10% has been effective since mid-August 2006. The government is still considering removing the import tax on leather raw materials. This shows that the government of the Russian Federation is determined to support its own leather production and processing industry.
