讨论 GB8052—87中的单水平方案 CSP-2和多水平方案 CSP-T 关于平均检出质量上限AOQL 及其相应的过程平均不合格品率 p_L 的计算,给出了精度为10~(-4)的计算方法及严格计算结果。GB8052—87中给出的 CSP-2和 CSP-T 方案的 AOQL 和 p_L 值有较大误差。
