Sampling methods, broadly speaking, are used as a method for recognizing the whole from the local, and for recognizing the general from a special perspective, and are almost associated with every department and every work. Therefore, how to properly sample and how to make use of this local situation learned to make a correct judgment on the overall situation is a broad and important issue.
