聚乙烯的形态结构明显的影响辐照交联。结晶形态结构越不完整,结晶度越低,界面越多,则形成分子间的交联越多。 通过聚乙烯球晶的拉伸、腐蚀和熔融时形态的变化,可以认为,在所有序态结构的界面上均可产生分子间的交联,而且优先在片层之间产生。 当分子间交联使凝胶量达92%以上时,随辐照剂量的增加,结晶度和晶粒变小;折光指数和密度随之增加;而分子链段取向却随之降低。
The morphological structure of polyethylene obviously affects the irradiation cross-linking. The less complete the crystalline structure, the lower the crystallinity, and the more the interface, the more cross-links are formed between the molecules. It is believed that the intermolecular cross-linking occurs at the interface of all the ordered structures and preferentially occurs between the layers due to the change of the morphology of the polyethylene spherulites during stretching, corrosion and melting. When the intermolecular cross-linking makes the amount of gel more than 92%, the crystallinity and grain size become smaller with the increase of irradiation dosage; the refractive index and density increase, while the molecular chain orientation decreases.
