目的建立雪糕中8种人工合成色素(柠檬黄、日落黄、胭脂红、苋菜红、诱惑红、赤藓红、靛蓝、亮蓝)在可见光区变换波长的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法样品经正己烷去除油脂,再用乙醇-氨水提取,提取液挥干后用水定容,然后过滤膜后进高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析,波长选择各色素在可见光区最大吸收波长。结果 8种人工合成色素在1.0 mg/L~50 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数(r)都在0.999以上,方法加标回收率为90.8%~99.1%,相对标准偏差RSD(%)在1.2%~4.0%。结论该方法步骤简单,操作方便,结果精密度良好,准确度可靠。
OBJECTIVE To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of the wavelength of visible light conversion of 8 kinds of artificial synthetic pigments (lemon yellow, sunset yellow, carmine, amaranth, seductive red, erythrosine, indigo, brilliant blue) in ice cream. Methods The sample was degreased by n-hexane and extracted with ethanol-ammonia water. The extract was evaporated to dryness and fixed with water. The membrane was filtered and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The wavelength of each dye was selected to be the maximum absorption wavelength in the visible region. Results The linearity of the eight synthetic pigments was good in the range of 1.0 mg / L to 50 mg / L with the correlation coefficients (r) above 0.999. The recoveries were 90.8% -99.1%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) At 1.2% ~ 4.0%. Conclusion The method is simple, easy to operate, the results of good precision, accuracy and reliability.
