本文从体内外研究了秃疮花 (DLF )提取物对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞 (PMΦ )免疫功能的影响。结果显示 ,DLF可诱发PMΦ产生强烈的呼吸爆发作用 ,并能提高PMΦ的吞噬功能和溶菌酶水平 ,且具有剂量效应关系。在体外试验时 ,剂量为 5 0~10 0mg/mlDLF能有效促进PMΦ的活化 ,提高其吞噬能力和溶菌酶活力 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其中 10 0mg/mlDLF诱发PMΦ产生超氧阴离子 (O2 )的效应最为显著 (P <0 0 1) ;体内试验时发现 ,0 5~ 2g/kgDLF对PMΦ的活化作用及其吞噬能力有显著作用 ,其中 1g/kgDLF对诱导PMΦ产生O2 (P <0 0 1)、提高PMΦ吞噬能力 (P <0 0 0 1)和溶菌酶水平 (P <0 0 5 )均有显著性效果。以上结果表明 ,DLF可诱导PMΦ活化并提高其免疫功能 ,从而提示DLF的临床治疗作用可能与此有关
In this paper, the effect of D. alopecuroides (DLF) extract on immune function of mouse peritoneal macrophages (PMΦ) was studied in vitro and in vivo. The results show that DLF can induce PMΦ to produce a strong respiratory burst, and can increase PMΦ phagocytosis and lysozyme levels, and has a dose-effect relationship. In the in vitro test, DLF at doses of 50 to 100 mg/ml can effectively promote the activation of PMΦ, increase its phagocytosis ability and lysozyme activity (P <0 05), among which 100 mg/ml DLF induce PMΦ to produce superoxide anion (O2 The most significant effect was observed (P <0 01).
