一、2015年中国艺术教育重要背景2015年中国艺术教育迎来了令人惊喜的大好局面,前所未有的重要文化艺术文件出台,预示着中国艺术教育重要发展阶段的到来。毫无疑问,这一年正式全文发布的习总书记在2014年文艺座谈会上讲话,成为指导国家文化艺术建设的指南性纲领。无论是国家文化政策的基准要求,还是媒介宣传的基本精神,都由此揭开新的局面。
