作者对应用含5%胆固醇的饲料喂养14周的小鼠实验观察了食物性油脂,特别是亚油酸,对其血清脂质、过氧化脂质及主动脉胆固醇水平的影响。以饲料所含亚油酸的不同分为:Ⅰ、椰子油组;Ⅱ、猪油组;Ⅲ、玉米油组;Ⅳ、亚油酸组。各按10%添加。结果,从第4周到第12周血清总胆固醇值的增加顺序为Ⅳ>Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅰ,与饲料中所含亚油酸的顺序相同。第14周时血清游离胆固醇、酯化型胆固醇、HDL-胆固醇、甘油三酯及磷脂质值以Ⅳ组最高,Ⅰ组最低。血清过氧化脂
The authors tested the effects of dietary oils, especially linoleic acid, on serum lipids, lipid peroxidation, and aortic cholesterol levels in mice fed a 5% cholesterol diet for 14 weeks.
