本文针对太赫兹波探测与通信的具体应用,基于微波、毫米波定向天线设计与应用基础,对0.36THz 的太赫兹波定向天线,包括太赫兹波馈源喇叭天线、双抛物面卡塞格伦天线、偏馈式单反射面以及天线透镜天线,进行了有效的分析、设计、仿真与制作。上述几种太赫兹波定向天线的设计与分析,为基于微波倍频技术实现的太赫兹波技术在定向探测和通信中的应用,提供了天线技术方面的理论和实践依据。
In this paper, the specific application of terahertz wave detection and communication is studied. Based on the design and application of microwave and millimeter wave directional antenna, the directional antenna of terahertz wave with 0.36 THz, including terahertz wave feed horn antenna, double paraboloid Cassegrain antenna , Partial feed-back single-reflector and antenna lens antenna, an effective analysis, design, simulation and production. The design and analysis of several kinds of terahertz directional antennas mentioned above provide theoretical and practical basis for the antenna technology for the application of terahertz wave technology in directional detection and communication based on the microwave frequency doubling technology.
