在当前知识经济时代下,图书馆管理所面临的环境发生了显著变化,图书馆管理要想更好地满足社会公众需求,创新知识资源,将知识管理应用在图书馆管理中显得尤为重要。本文就立足于图书馆知识管理内涵的基础上,阐述了知识管理在图书馆管理中应用的必要性,并提出了知识管理在图书馆管理中应用的对策。
Under the current era of knowledge-based economy, the environment faced by library management has undergone significant changes. It is particularly important for library management to better meet the needs of the public and to innovate its knowledge resources and apply knowledge management to library management. Based on the connotation of knowledge management in library, this article elaborates the necessity of applying knowledge management in library management and puts forward the countermeasures of knowledge management in library management.
