目的:观察强身益体胶囊对脾、肾阳虚型模型大鼠脂质过氧化物及抗氧化酶活性的影响。方法:用番泻叶水提物与氢化可的松制备脾阳虚与肾阳虚大鼠模型,造模成功后进行分组。脾阳虚型:空白组8只、模型组10只、高剂量组13只、低剂量组12只;肾阳虚型:空白组8只、模型组12只、高剂量组14只、低剂量组14只。空白组均不予药物干预,模型组均予蒸溜水灌胃,高、低剂量组分别予强身益体胶嚢2g/kg、1g/kg灌胃,连续15d。比较两型各组大鼠脾脏与肾脏指数、HE染色情况以及肝组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Rx)、过氧化脂质(CPO)水平变化情况。结果:(1)脾阳虚型:模型组脾脏指数及MAD、SOD、GSH-Px、CPO水平均优于空白组(P<0.05);高剂量组上述指标与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);低剂量组MOA、SOD、CPO水平与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)肾阳虚型:模型组MDA、SOD、GSH-Px、LPD水平均优于空白组(P<0.05);高剂量组MDA、SOD、LPD水平与空白组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);低剂量MDA水平与空白组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强身益体胶囊对脾阳虚、肾阳虚大鼠脂质过氧化物MDA及LPO的产生有显著的抑制作用,能显著提高脾阳虚大鼠抗氧化酶SOD及GSH-Px活性水平,对肾阳虚大鼠SOD活性亦有提高作用,对GSH-Px作用不明显。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qiangshen Capsule on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzyme activity in rats with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome. Methods: The rat model of spleen-yang deficiency and deficiency of kidney-yang was prepared with the water extract of senna and hydrocortisone. The rats were grouped successfully after the model was established. The levels of MOA, SOD and CPO in low dose group were significantly different from those in model group (P <0.05). (2) Kidney yang deficiency: The levels of MDA, SOD, GSH-Px and LPD in the model group were better than those in the blank group (P <0.05). The levels of MDA, SOD and LPD in the high dose group were significantly higher than those in the blank group (P <0.01, P <0.05). Compared with the blank group, the level of MDA in low dose group had significant difference (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Qiangshen Capsule can significantly inhibit the production of lipid peroxides MDA and LPO in rats with spleen yang deficiency and kidney-yang deficiency, significantly increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes SOD and GSH-Px in rats with spleen yang deficiency, On the kidney yang rats SOD activity also has an effect, the role of GSH-Px is not obvious.
