基质金属蛋白酶是一组重要的蛋白分解酶,以能降解几乎所有的细胞外基质成分为主要特点,参与机体多种病理过程。炎症性肠病的病因和发病机制至今尚未完全明确,主要以持续的免疫反应通过一系列介质导致细胞外基质和粘膜的破坏为特点。MMP通过降解细胞外基质、介导细胞凋亡、影响血管生成等多种途径参与IBD及其并发症的发生、发展过程。加强对MMP的研究,有利于进一步深入探讨IBD的发病,对探索新的治疗方法具有重要意义。
Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are a group of important proteolytic enzymes, which are characterized by their ability to degrade almost all extracellular matrix components and participate in many pathological processes in the body. The etiology and pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease have not yet been completely clear, characterized by persistent immune response through a series of media leading to the destruction of the extracellular matrix and mucous membranes. MMP participates in the occurrence and development of IBD and its complications through various pathways such as degrading extracellular matrix, mediating apoptosis and affecting angiogenesis. To strengthen the study of MMP is conducive to further explore the pathogenesis of IBD, to explore new treatment methods is of great significance.
